Aeon reads public filings from government websites and posts them in plain words, with a link to the original. It is information, not advice. Nothing on this site is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. We are not a broker, a dealer or an investment adviser, and nothing here creates that relationship.

Filings are published by the people who file them and the agencies that receive them. They can be late, corrected later, or wrong. We can misread a filing. Our signals, scores and records are our own arithmetic on public data, published before their results are known, and they can be wrong too. Read the original filing before acting on anything, and make your own decisions.

The site can go down, run late or miss a filing. We do not promise that it is complete, on time or free of errors.

One account per person. Sign-in links are for you alone. We may close an account that is used to attack the site, to scrape it, or to send abuse.

The filings themselves are United States government works and belong to no one. The sentences, scores, records and rankings on this site are ours. You may read the site and share links to its pages. You may not copy its data into another product, scrape it, or resell it without our written permission. An API with commercial rights is planned; until then, ask.

To the extent the law allows, AO2 Live Solutions Inc. is not liable for any loss that comes from using this site, including losses on trades or investments made after reading it.
