Measured from the close of the first trading day after the filing date, because a report can be posted a day after the date it carries and the hour is never given. "Up" is the share that were higher at that point. A record marked thin is ranked on the leaderboard but sits right on the minimum of 5 decisions and 3 companies. "After selling" is what the stock did after each sale against the S&P over the same days, sign flipped, so a positive number means the stock fell behind the market after the sale. Sales never count toward the record, a signal or a score.
